Optical HREM Acquire is a custom-designed acquisition software tailored specifically for our Optical HREM Ultra and Micro systems. It provides full control over the block-face imaging process, supporting both manual operation and fully automated workflows.

With an intuitive interface, HREM Acquire simplifies setup, image capture, and file management making high-resolution episcopic microscopy more streamlined, efficient, and reliable. Built for demanding datasets, the software handles high-volume imaging.

Integration with OHREM Instruments

Automated Image Acquisition

OHREM Acquire offers a complete automated image acquisition workflow. Ideal for shorter (3-4 hour experiments) and longer experiments (12 hours +), providing constant feedback of sections size, image position and previous captures.

Pre-Calibrated

OHREM Acquire allows for custom calibration to Micro and Ultra systems for finely tuned Z section thickness as well as precise XY control

Fully Integrated Software Solution

Acquire integrates add-ons with HREM including XY, camera and illumination control as well as more advanced multi-channel acquisition. Capture live views from the camera for sample setup as well as adjust in real time.

Customisable to Experiment

Create multiple images per sample, multiple images per section with adjustments for each. Allowing unlimited captures per section with any XY position. Including XY Scanning for single samples and multiple samples.
